Frequently asked questions

How do I order? Send an email to enquiries@motco.com stating the CD you require, confirming that it is for personal use, and your full mailing address. Orders may also be placed by telephone +44 (0)7966 210 062.

Can I pay by credit card? We are not set up to accept credit cards. The CDs are mailed with with an invoice, which you pay by cheque or bank transfer after receipt.

Do the prices include mailing? Yes.

Can I print the map files? Yes, when you have the relevant map on the screen, right-click with the cursor on the map, save the file as a jpeg. You can then print or process as any other jpeg file on your computer.

Can I reproduce the maps? You may reproduce for personal use, but not on a website. If you want to use on a website or otherwise publish, then ask Motco at enquiries@motco.com explaining what you would like to do.

Can I allow access to the CD in a Library? If you wish to provide access to the CD in a Library or other Institution then request permission to do so when placing the order. Permission will be given to allow access to people whom the Library or Institution authorises, but only within the premises of the Library or Institution. Wider access or other form of publication requires a separate agreement.
